How to Make Vegetarian Mushroom Burger Patties

Mushrooms are very abundant during month of August. Some surplus can be processed to mushroom burger patties. Its good for vegetarian. Meat haters eh!

1. Gather fresh mushrooms

2. Clean. Remove soils and peel off the outer cap covering.

3. Chop finely. Measure one cup.

4. Fry over low fire with one small chopped onions until golden brown.
