Dinengdeng (Ilocano) Gulay Recipe
1 tali pole sitao
1 tali saluyot leaves
1 piece fried fish/grilled fish
1 pc. onion
Cut pole sitao. Slice upo and onion. Boil water for 5 minutes the drop slice onion and pole sitao. Boil until tender. Drop saluyot leaves and fried fish/grilled fish. Then add fish sauce or msg to taste. Boil for 2-3 minutes.
1/4 ground pork/chicken
1/4 snap beans
1 piece carrot
1 pice onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 kilo sotanghon
salt/patis to taste
Saute garlic, onion, ground pork/chicken. Mix slice carrots and snap beans. Put one liter of water then boil for five to ten minutes.. Add sotanghon, pepper and fish sauce to taste. Boil for another five minutes.
