I thought it was sesame and popped rice inside and out. It was not. It is hollow and looks like chicharon. However, the taste was nothing like chicharon. Maybe it is masked by sugar and sesame / sugar and rice. Maybe I was looking for the typical pork chicharon taste, oily and salty. Or, it was something that resemble chicharon structure when processed. If it is chicharon, then it is definitely bad for me.
