Manang’s Chicken

I was hungry. I want to eat. I want to eat in the restaurant in close proximity. Wait! Do I really like to eat there because it was few steps away? Maybe because I love their food, just convincing myself to love their food, or maybe the restaurant was popular due to massive television campaign.

I entered in the popular resto but came out after few moment. It was a regular weekday but their seats were almost all occupied and the two lines in front of two cashier crews were long. I think it was more convenient to eat in the next resto.

The Manangs Chicken. The ambiance was like other popular fast food chains except for one thing. I only see two customers eating. Perhaps it was a newly opened business.

I got my orders:

One garlic pork with unlimited rice. The usual unli kanin but this was for 99 pesos only. Very affordable. I think it was fried pork topped with crunchy garlic and peanuts. It was good and it was my first time eating such recipe. The sauce that comes with it was balsamic vinegar. It was great but seems not the right partner. I only fill in two rice order in the end.

One glass lemonade. It was not included in the meal package nor it was unlimited. It added 15 pesos to by total bill.

Small cup macaroni salad. A side dish that was also not included in meal package. I get small cup for 29 pesos. There was a bigger option for 49 pesos. I only get the smaller one for the fear that I might not like it. Some macaroni salad are too sour. I was thankful it was not sour.

I finished eating and left, leaving the resto out of customers. I hope they gain more customers as day go by.
