Ginatang Tambakol / Yellow Fin

Ingredients:
yellow fin fish
gata
ginger
onion
salt

Procedure:
1) Slice onion and ginger
2) Put slice ginger, onion in casserole. Then arrange yellow fin and mustard leaves.
3) Add gata and salt to taste.
4) Cook over low fire for 30 minutes.
